Chelsea has a bachelor’s degree in business and more than 15 years of customer service experience, along with a strong career foundation in financial services. Working in financial roles taught her how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and guide people through important decisions. Those skills shape the way she supports clients every day. As a client relationship manager, she focuses on building trust, listening closely, and making sure clients feel genuinely cared for. She believes relationships grow through consistency, kindness, and showing up for people in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband, kids, and her animals. Whether they’re out making memories or enjoying the simple moments at home, her family keeps her grounded and inspires the empathy and patience she brings to her work.
